Eagle Plaza dry cleaning and alterations @ 233 #B Tiny town RD Clarksville TN 37042/ DRYCLEANERS ON FT CAMPBELL, KY seriously has ticked me off and honestly they are not a company I would ever use again. I have been a customer since PCSing here in 2008. I dropped off about 10 polo shirts and 5 pants at FT CAMPBELL, KY the week of DEC 19,2011 not knowing that it is actually dry cleaned off post @ Eagle Plaza dry cleaning and alterations. Picked up my clothes on the week of DEC 26, 2011 but 3 shirts were not done, when I asked “SUE” drycleaner assistant on post she told me they were not done cause of rips in the shirt collar. I explained to her (SUE) that’s not how I dropped them off to her, I told her get them cleaned and then we can speak about reimbursement type. SUE told me to speak with the manager off POST at EAGLE PLAZA, I did… she was NOT professional; she accused me of trying to rip HER off, Calling me the CROOK! OK! So I took it a step further and spoke with TERRI @HR vendor service AFFES. Needless to say, it felt like it was a losing battle. Not sure if Tennessee/KENTUKY has any laws to protect consumers from things like this. But this place must have very strong connections to keep this big of a scam going. Tis the america way nowdays. Eagle Plaza dry cleaning and alterations is not a member of the BBB, but the BBB gives them an A+ rating but they have very POOR customer service. I filed with BBB an hope others do as well because this company does not deserve a A+....... Am sure some have had success with them but am sure there is many more who have not. Maybe at one time this company was a good one but I think they have lived their time and have let customer service drop to the bottom.... PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY ONLY

First an apology in writing from this so called manager at Eagle Plaza, second my 2 polo shirts that were messed up due to their fault replaced. Also a apology in writing from Terri @ HR SERVICES VENDORs for not executing a timely end to this dispute.
