Bad Food & Even Worst Customer Service. The food taste at Don Pancho was very poor. This restaurant's food isn't any better that any below average mexican restaurant. The food taste like it came straight from a can. The customer service is by far one of the worst I have ever seen in the Middle Tennessee area. The managers prefer to argue with customer before they admit they made a mistake. If you want to eat bad food and receive poor customer service, I encourage you to go eat at exit 11's Don Pancho.

Good Food if you Like Roaches. Tonight my husband and I decided to go out to our favorite Mexican restaurant. After placing our orders my husband looked to his left and noticed a cockroach crawling on the wall right next to our table. I was completely grossed out. I informed the owner of the restaurant about the problem and he didn't seem surprised. All he said to us was "I'll call the exterminator in the morning". I informed him that we didn't feel comfortable eating this food and told him we didn't want it. He said okay you don't have to pay for it . We proceeded to leave and now have to find another Mexican restaurant to eat at.

mas o menos. Hola! well I'm mexican and I was born and raised in Mexico for 17 years. I know how to cook mexican food and to be anost don pancho is not bad but its not authentic mexican food. I do like the Margaritas and they have great people working there. I do go very often cause there is not much to choose from in this town and I been here for 4 years. Its not a 10 but its not bad. gracias!

Very good food!. Don Pancho in the only good Mexican restaurant in Clarksville. Their food is so good! And the margaritas are excellent. I am not sure about the lady that reviewed this before me. You are supposed to rate the restaurant. The only complaint I have is sometimes when the booths are wiped out they smell like sour water. Other than that I get the same thing everytime and it is always great.

glorified taco bell. we are from arizona and i just ant to say this is not mexican food. other than it is food made by mexicans, but i have had hot dogs made by mexicans...that didnt make it mexican food.real tacos are not made with premade taco shells,beef should be shredded. not a ground meat paste.burritos,tacos...everything tastes the same. save your money and eat at taco bell. its about the same for half the cost.

Don Pancho hates the military!. I have been in Clarksville for 7 months and Don Pancho had become one of my favorite resturants. Not only was there food good but they had always offered a 10% military discount. I had been there about 4 or 5 times and the lady that rung us up had given us this discount. Today, myself and another Army wife had lunch there. Today the lady that normally rung us up was not there and the owner Don Pancho himself rung us up. When I showed him my military ID he looked at me like I was crazy. He said there was no military discount there. He could of just left it at that and I would have been fine but he went into a rampage about how he is not going to support the military or "the fight" and how he is for peace. I told him so am I!!! I'm not asking him to support the war I just asked for a measly discount if the answer was no then it was no, he really didn't have to go into his politcal views. But the funny thing is being a military town we are actually supporting him. If all the soldiers and their families stopped eating there he would probably go out of business. Anyway, thanks to that patriotic lady who works there that gave us the discount all those other times, I hope you don't get into trouble!
