I made an appointment for my first tattoo at Lucky's. It could have been most horrible experience of my life, seriously! When I got there all of the people that work there were in the back, someone finally came out, a real creepy looking dude that looked and acted like he was high on something. He kept sniffing and wiping his nose and was real shakey. This was the guy who was going to do my tattoo!! I quickly made an excuse and got the hell out of there! OMG, I can't even imagine what the tat would have looked like had I let this guy tattoo me! Don't waste your time!
MOST TALENTED ARTISTS IN CLARKSVILLE!!!.
I've gone to Lucky's for a touch-up job on a bad wrist tat from Dancing Dragon, my other wrist done and they were fantastic (Both by Will Dos Equis), and I have a freehanded black and gray piece on my upper left arm. I was VERY picky about where I wanted to go, money was no object- as it shouldn't be if you want GOOD work- but the tattoo I was requesting was a copy of a painting that I wanted as close as possible to the real thing. I was FLOORED! The tattoo that I received from Lucky was amazing. Like, award competition amazing. I'm going back the end of the month for a color piece I'm dedicating to my parents. I'll never go anywhere else in Clarksville. *AND* I love the fact that everywhere I go, Lucky's and Will's work gets compemented and I can tell anyone exactly where to go for phenomenal ink!!!
Worst place in town!!!.
: I am an army wife and went to the shop to get a good conduct star tatoo on my wrist. I got it before I went on my husbands R&R. I noticed before i left for my trip that the rays of the star were not even. When I got back into town, I went to the shop to see if they could fix it. The owner told me the artist could and I told them I did not want the same guy to fix it. He had messed up the first time. Then the owner told me that I could tip someone 20 bucks to fix it. I didn't think I should have to pay more to have it fixed. I feel that the owner should have paid for it. So I told him nevermind, but I would tell people not to go there. He started treating me like an idot. Then we got in a yelling match. The owner kept saying that it was just a star and that is what upset me so bad. People get tatoo's because they want to remember something special to them, so him telling me that meant that he had no respect for the army or there families.
