Employ at your own risk!!! Very. Employ at your own risk!!! Very dissatisfied with the quality of work. Mr. Ryan also operates under the name of 5 Star Remodeling please do your research before hiring something I felled to do.

I contracted Clarksville tile & Stone alias 5 Star Remodeling to remove the 1/4 round from the kitchen area, and remove the vinyl flooring install cement board and 12 x 12 ceramic tiling form my kitchen, and install backsplash under the cabinets and around the wall next to the refrigerator. The installation took a whole week longer than the agreed upon time.

He did not seal the tile but told me how to. I contacted him shortly after the installation to inform him that the floor was making noise when you walked on it, and the grout was coming up.

I was informed that he would swing by and look at it. He didn't I called him numerous of times the business number was disconnected the cell phone number would go to voice. He answered once when I called and told me he would be by on Friday; Friday came and went I have tried to contact him on his cell but he has not answered or called.

Truly untrustworthy and doesn't do what he says he will do.

So Hire at own Risk.

pleased. Very satisfied. Had a dated bathroom that my wife wanted remodeled. They came in, listened to what she wanted, helped with ideas and got right to work. They took care of everything, even the electrical and the plumbing which was a plus. Didn't have any problems, job was done in a decent amount of time and we both think the bathroom looks great. More functional now even. I recomend them and would call them again.

wonderful work and attitude. I am not quite sure why the first reviewer had such a bad experience, but mine was fantastic. The contractor came and gave me a free estimate and walked through the whole project with me. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He let me know everything that needed to be done and even gave me some ideas. He came the very next week to start the work and remodeled my entire bathroom, head to toe. He did the rip out, the lighting, plumbing, flooring, painting, everything. He knew exactly what he was doing, I love it. The work is clean, complete and everything looks and works great. He even came back a few times to do a few small things that were not on the bill. I am looking to have them, come back and do more work this spring. The only complaint was they told me it would be done in one full week, but it took almost two. Other than that, everything was great.
