Worst haircut of my life.. I walked into this salon two days before Thanksgiving to get two things done. I wanted a consultation for a corrective color and a haircut. Pretty simple or so I thought. First, there was a problem with the schedule, she was double booked for a specific time slot. She decide to work on both of us at the same time. She tells me she wants to see if a regular hair color will take the color out of my hair. Okay. She puts this mess in a huge chunk of my hair... right in the front of my hair. Then puts me under the dryer to speed up the process while she cuts this other woman's hair. After about 30 minutes she is ready to see me. Takes the foil off and says that it didn't work but it made my roots yellow..bright canary yellow. So, I'm thinking okay I can just dye that dark and it'll be fine. Now, haircut time. I tell her I want layers in it, like a medium shag. We even looked over a picture. She must have seen something different then I did. I was thinking Aniston and I ended up with Joan Jett. I now have a mullet. She razored all of my hair off. I am a lady so I was polite and did not make a scene. I thanked her and even left a tip. They throw a piece of paper in my face and ask to tell them they I liked it. Now I believe this is a way for her to cover herself in the chance someone may report her to the better business bureau. I cry everytime I look at it. This is not a joke or some disgruntled person. I am a wife and mother and I just cannot think of a woman going here and walking out with her confidence stolen.
