Not enough service. For being in the mall, they do not have enough service representatives. I went in, got the shoes I wanted and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and no one came by. There was no bell or anything I could have used to get their attention. They came up when the phone rang. By the time they showed up, there was a line behind me and everyone was really agitated.
