What a specialty shop SHOULD be!.
Wow. Years ago, Briar and Bean was at the mall in C'ville. I deployed to Iraq in 2003 and my wife browsed for some cigars. Henry's suggestions were perfect, and I became a regular. We moved soon after. Eight years later, I am back in C'ville, deployed again. My wife walked into the shop, and not only was she recognized almost a decade later, the owner also remembered my brand of cigar. If that isn't customer service, I don't know what is.
Highly recommend for their great selection, and knowledge, of tobacco products.
