Wonderful!. I previously rated this with five stars. I couldn't believe my eyes when my husband surprised me with an arrangement that cost over eighty dollars today that looked disgusting. He ordered them through FTD, as he has before, and they used their right to "substitute" WAY too freely. I'm very disappointed that my husband spent alot of money trying to do something nice and they took advantage and sent horrible flowers. I was very surprised as they have done very nice work before. When I called them, thinking they would make it right, they used an excuse that must be common in the business, "The owner isn't here." I'm stuck with the flowers that never should have been but will never use them again.

ALWAYS Satisfied 100%. I have used Four Seasons Florist for many happy and sad occasions. Every time I order here it comes out just as expected if not better! I love their selection of green and blooming plants. Hassle free, excellent service, beautiful arrangements and the owner is very kind and courteous. ONLY complaint, the location was a little hard to find the first time. They are on the backside of a shopping complex but it is off Wilma Rudolph Blvd, near the 101st/Warfield Overpass, so it has been very convenient. I highly recommend Four Seasons Florist!!!!!
