This place is horrible. I took in 7 glasses to get etched for our wedding. They told me they would be done on the following friday. I went in on the monday after and upon not being greeted and the gentleman turning around and looking at me and then turning around and still not greeting me I waited for 10 minutes. When they finally decided to ask me if I needed something they couldn't find my glasses which I had already paid for. When they finally found them they were not done. I had to go back the next day and they finally were done. They had messed up one of the glasses and I had to leave it. The lady told me she would replace the glass and fix it. Then I got a phone call later telling me it was my fault with my hand writing and I would have to replace the glass and they would not charge me to etch it. I guarentee I will NOT go back to this very rude and very unprofessional place.

A great place to see a really affordable selection of clocks, watches and jewelry. Stop by and get a great deal. They can fix almost anything clock or watch related.

I LOVE this place! What a great family run business. The staff I met was great!!!

I had my dads grandfather clock cleaned and repaired by them. The sweet lady, I think her name was Sandra, and her tech (Greg?) that came out to our home were very pleasant to work with. My clock was done in less than 3 weeks and has worked perfectly since!!

I will say this after reading other reviews on here I wasn't sure... but I was told by neighbors that since the new clock tech was hired, clock repair has been great!

My sons baseball team ordered trophies from them thanks to Ms. Sandra!

Please call and talk with Sandra and the others if you need clock repair, engraving, trophies, etc.

Tick Tock, We are Still Waiting for our CLock. This is the only place in town that services grandfather clocks so they have a monopoly on the business and they can do what they want. You will notice even though the 5 star review down there is, after all, 5 stars, it STILL says "It took a while to get my clock back." So I am clueless how that earns them a 5 star review. A couple months ago we dropped off our clock. A few weeks ago we went in to check on our clock, to be told they were waiting for a part and they would call us in 2 weeks. That was 3 weeks ago. I very sincerely hope they do a good job on it, because I never want to deal with them again. Very nice and polite staff, no complaints there, but slower than molasses in January for turn around time. I have a half a mind to collect up all the pieces and parts and take it elsewhere. Like Germany

It's Time is a RIP OFF!. Worst business in Clarksville!

I called It's Time years ago to service my grandfather clock. He (DREW) came to my house, fell in love with it and offered me 6K for it. I was not interested in selling it. Years later I called him to sell it, he came and looked at it and told me it was not worth anything....$500 tops. OK! He didn't remember telling me how valuable it was. He tried to rip me off!

So, now my boyfriend takes a simple watch to Drew at It's Time to get cleaned. We went to get it, it was not done. We went to get it, it was not done...again. We finally got it, paid $42, got home and it stopped working. He said he would make it right so we took it back. We would go to get it and he would say come back tomorrow. We would go back and he said it is at his home, come tomorrow. At one point he even told us he would bring it to our house. He never called, never brought it. Long story short...excuse and excuse and lie after lie....4 months passes, we FINALLY get the watch today...get it home and its NOT WORKING! Drew is a scam artist!

Best in Town. i didn't even know this place existed. My wife and I sold some gold on Wilma Rudolph for $20 and after i went to the Clock Shop, found out I could have gotten a lot more.

I gave them a clock to fix and some watches. Really cheap. It took a while to get my clock back, but it looked like everyone in Clarksville has a clock in there. I guess that means there good. I got my clock back and it was fixed better then i asked, they even replaced my battery box without me asking.

My brother in law bought his wedding rings there and got a ring at a fraction of the price it would be in the mall.
