NOT patient friendly. Every time we went there (4 times) we ended up spending HOURS there as they are constantly overbooked/running behind. The one time I couldn't make our appointment, I called to reschedule and they charged me $100 for "their time". I tried to explain extenuating circumstances to the office personnel (daughter went w/friend to ER unexpectedly for an allergic reaction). I was told too bad. I would LOVE to send them a bill for the massive amount they owe my family and me for OUR time. Don't waste yours...go somewhere else.
